Depeche Mode in
Earth Girls are Easy

Painful. Down right painful is the only way to describe this film. You would think that a film with Jeff Goldblum, Jim Carrey, and Damon Wayans would have some humor or some camp. This has neither and really is a black mark on the careers of all those involved. If you read this page, you'll never have to actually watch this film.

If you do happen to want to watch this film, Martin's voice can be heard crooning about Route 66 at about the 1 hour, 33 minute mark. As Carrey and Wayans are driving a 50's Studebaker woody station wagon, backwards down a California freeway, a good portion of the vocals from Route 66 can be heard loud and clear. The film can be found on VHS and DVD for cheap, and the soundtrack is pretty common as well. If you must, pick 'em up for as cheap as possible. Their value will only decline.
